Increasingly in recent years,along with the oil extraction rate,underground crude oil reserves dwindling,and parts of oil Wells of oil production technology and its aging problems,oil moisture content is high,the output of oil extraction difficult.Crude oil demulsifier as important oilfield chemicals,the quality requirements of more and more demanding,and more and more crude oil demulsifier already can not meet the requirement of the aging oil demulsification,therefore to develop high efficiency,low and stable crude oil demulsifier become imperative.In this paper,first of all,the original variety of demulsifier monomer dehydration performance evaluation,selected the best dehydration performance of polyamine demulsifier monomers,then the monomer of demulsifier polyamine and organic silicone oil respectively change dosage,synthetic process conditions,such as polymerization temperature,settling time on modification,synthesis of new type nano silicon modified demulsifier.Of aging oil for raw material with modified demulsifier dehydration experiments,through the single factor investigation(organic silicone oil consumption,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time)and the orthogonal experiment,the experimental data processing and analysis,get the best synthesis technology conditions as follows:organic silicone oil with dosage of 4%,0.4%of catalyst,reaction temperature 80?,the reaction time of 90 min.In different dosage,different temperature of emulsion,emulsion breaking time measure nanometer silicon modified demulsifier with other four kinds of demulsifier demulsification performance,experimental proof of the modified demulsifier have add less dosage,demulsification,low temperature,demulsification speed advantages,further processing and analysis of experimental data,that demulsification temperature is 70?,quantity of demulsifier is 200 mg/L,the settlement time is 2 h conditions as the best dehydration process conditions.At the same time,the experiment proves that the dehydration rate of the modified emulsion is the most,and the water that is out of the emulsion has the characteristics of clarification.The dewatering performance of the modified demulsifier was obvious at low temperature.Answer to the question of the oil-water interface is not tidy through distribution of experiment can be:when polyamine modified according to the ratio of 2:1 ratio and GE-189,after the dehydration of oil-water interface is neat,the perfect solved this problem.Through a series of experiments on different areas of crude oil under the action of a new type of nano silicon modified demulsifier dehydration,results show that the whole of crude oil dehydration rate are improved,the dehydration rate is as high as 97.2%for daqing oil sample.Can prove that the new nano silicon modified demulsifier of aqueous extraction liquid of oil-water separation in the application effect is very good,the dehydration rate may reach production needs,solve the low temperature dehydration production technical problems,its technology has reached the leading domestic level.The modified reagent not only solves the problem of oil and water separation,saves the production cost of crude oil,but also creates huge economic benefits.Therefore,the application prospect of the project research is broad.
