| Large-scale amusement device are common manned special equipment,involving public safety,once an accident occurs,the social impact is bad.Based on the data analysis of large-scale amusement rides accidents in recent years,combined with the operation,structural characteristics,inspection cases and industries current situation of large-scale amusement device at the same time,this paper studies the relevant standards and safety integrity evaluation standards of large-scale amusement device at home and abroad,then finds that the requirements for safety-related electrical control system identification and safety integrity assessment of large-scale amusement device are insufficient.It can not meet the needs of design,inspection and testing,leaving hidden dangers to equipment safety.This paper identifies the safety-related control electrical system and safety-related control functions of 46 typical rides from 13 categories,43 types of large-scale amusement device,summarizes the common requirements and characteristics among different types and categories rides,and defines the analysis objects of safety-related electrical control systems of large-scale amusement device.Based on the accident types of special equipment,the operation and maintenance of large-scale amusement device,and the accident that have occurred,this paper defines the injury severity coefficient,exposure frequency and duration coefficient,the probability level of dangerous events and the probability level of avoiding injury.Finally,the safety integrity level is obtained by combining the safety integrity evaluation formula.Then,according to the design service life requirements,structure and operation characteristics of large-scale amusement device,the level requirements of four factors affecting the performance level are determined,and finally the level requirements of safety functions are obtained.Based on the above methods,safety integrity evaluation criteria for safety-related electrical systems of large-scale amusement device integrity management were drafted.On this basis,the technical requirements of safety integrity evaluation software for manned equipment safety related systems are also proposed.Based on the analysis of giant pendulum,this paper identifies the safety-related control functions of safety-related electrical control systems:safety restraint interlocking protection,and calculates the safety integrity level.The results of the example complete the analysis of the security function of the security-related system in the original design,improve the structure level classification of the security function,and increase the test method of the security function.It is proved that the method studied in this paper is feasible and necessary. |
