| The slapper detonator belongs to the third generation of initiating explosive devices.It is a kind of detonator with high reliability and safety.It has strong ability of resisting stray current,preventing radio frequency and antistatic,and is widely used in various weapon systems in abroad.In this paper,under the background of a complete set in a development of a new type of weapon,according to the technical requirements,a combination of theory and experiment is used to targeted design the slapper detonator.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of external dimensions,the detailed structure of the slapper detonator is designed,and the function principle of the slapper detonator is expounded.(2)By the test comparison,the relevant parameters of the flyer,the metal bridge foil and the acceleration barrel were determined.Among them,through the speed measurement of flyer with different thicknesses(12.5 μm,25.0 μm,37.5 μm,50.0 μm),it was found that the thinner the thickness of the flyer within a certain range,the higher the speed.However,the flying piece with a thickness of 12.5 μm will break its shape in the process of movement,so the final thickness of the flyer piece is 25.0 μm,and the maximum velocity displacement of the flyer piece is 0.45μm,so the thickness of the acceleration barrel is determined to be 0.45 μm.Through the test on the ability to drive the flyer speed with different bridge foil sizes(0.20 mm×0.20 mm,0.23 mm×0.23 mm,0.26 mm×0.26 mm),it is found that the smaller the bridge foil size is,the faster the flyer can be driven.Therefore,the bridge foil size is determined to be 0.20 mm×0.20 mm,and the diameter of the center hole in the accelerating barrel is determined to be 0.35 mm.By studying the influence of different bridge foil thicknesses(3.5 μm,4 μm,4.5 μm,5 μm)on their electric explosion performance and driving flyer speed,it can be known that the bridge foil thickness is 3.5 μm,4.0 μm at the charging voltage of 2.2 kV the energy utilization rate is the highest,but the bridge foil with a thickness of 3.5 μm cannot provide enough plasma to cause the maximum speed of the flyer to be low,so the thickness of the bridge foil is determined to be 4 μm.(3)the parts with the above determined parameters are assembled into slapper detonators,and the performance test and reliability evaluation are carried out according to the relevant test methods of initiating explosive devices.The results show that the average action time of the slapper detonator is 1.95631 μs,the average dent depth of the output power on the steel block is 0.69 mm,the environmental adaptability test is qualified,meets the anti-RF capability,and also meets the design requirements of not less than 10 years of life and a reliability of not less than 0.99 under the premise of a confidence level of 0.90.The impact slapper detonator designed in this paper meets the technical requirements of supporting a development of a new type of weapon. |
