Sheet metal parts are widely used.A good sheet metal layout strategy can avoid unnecessary waste of materials in the cutting process of sheet metal parts.The traditional layout plan is mainly conducted by an experienced layout master,which is inefficient and wastes time.In recent years,with the use of intelligent algorithms,the layout strategy has also made great progress.In view of the problem of nesting,this paper conducted the following research:(1)In this paper,through the study of the layout problem,a mathematical model is established,and the appropriate positioning method and ant colony algorithm are selected as the sequencing method through analysis and selection.(2)For the problem of rectangular layout,the following research is carried out in this paper.First,some graphics that can be used for rectangular layout are studied,and some combinable parts are first fused to reduce the number of layouts and improve the calculation speed.Secondly,for the positioning problem,this paper improves the remaining rectangle method and improves the efficiency of nesting.Finally,the ant colony algorithm is improved,and three strategies of dynamic factor introduction,elite ant strategy and mutation strategy are proposed to improve the ant colony algorithm,and the parameters of the ant colony algorithm are determined by examples.Then use examples to verify,reflecting the advantages of this algorithm.(3)For the irregular parts layout problem,this paper first describes the polygon representation method,and then improves the inscribed polygon method to increase the calculation speed.Using the theory of the lowest horizontal line,using the polyline method for layout,greatly improving efficiency,analysis and research on the reference point.The angle optimization method is proposed to determine the reference point.Then determine the value of ant colony algorithm.And verified by examples,reflecting the superiority of the algorithm.(4)For the interface problem,this article uses Matlab's own function to establish the interface and determine the basic parameters.Firstly,the machining allowance problem is studied.For the problem of non-rectangular parts,the unevenness judgment is used to solve the machining allowance problem.Then design the required visual interface,and finally test the example to prove that this method can effectively solve the layout problem.
