With the development of social economy and labor laws and regulations continue to improve labor relations,from the development of relations between the two sides is controversial and attention to social relations,labor relations harmony,is not only the responsibility of the enterprise,become more social responsibility,labor relations are not harmonious,not stable,will directly affect the social harmony and stability,harmonious the labor relationship has become the basis for building a harmonious society,harmonious labor relations in enterprises is unstable but also seriously affected the healthy development of enterprises.Labor relations management is also an important part of human resource management.It runs through all aspects of human resource planning,Personnel recruitment and job placement,vocational training and capacity development,performance management,salary management and so on.The continuous reform and improvement of modern enterprise management system and employment system put forward higher requirements for the establishment of a perfect labor relations management system.How to establish and improve the scientific labor relations management system,reduce and avoid labor conflicts,and build a harmonious and stable labor relationship has become an urgent problen in modern enterprise human resource management.From the definition of labor relations,doctrine,types and other aspects,the basic concepts and in-depth study of the management of labor relations,basic principles and main content,combined with the laws and regulations of labor relation management theory and China,s current labor relations management according to A company as the research object,analysis of the current situation of the A survey of the labor relations management and the existing problems,analyze the causes of problems.It also puts forward some suggestions on labor relations management,such as standardizing labor contracts and employment management,improving related regulations,strengthening democratic management and enhancing labor dispute mediation capabilities.Strengthen the legal compliance of enterprise labor relations management,reduce and prevent labor disputes and legal risks,and build a harmonious and stable labor relationship.Through the study of employee relationship management in A company,this paper hopes to provide some reference and reference for labor relations management in labor-intensive SMEs.
