With the rapid development of the market economy,more and more labor disputes in the private sector are also increasing.Some seemingly legitimate businesses,production operating orderly,staff orderly work,but actually because of the management quality factor of the enterprise cultural factors,management personnel,and legal consciousness of the social information flow,the workers gradually enhanced factors,resulting in the labor dispute case occurred frequently,and relevant management personnel for labor disputes handled improperly,resulting in deterioration of labor relations,seriously affected the normal production and operation of enterprises enterprise personnel stability and,also affect the enterprise in the industry’s reputation and status.For workers,working environment,working conditions,work content and salary and benefits,is a prerequisite for their efforts in the work of;for enterprises,employee’s work attitude,work performance and production efficiency is also enterprises to pay the premise of employee benefits.To the society,the problem of labor relations will affect the stability of the whole society,the employment situation of the members of the society,and the quality of life and happiness index of the members of the society.The problem of labor relationship management has become an important problem in enterprise management,labor relations management directly determine the future prospects for the development of enterprises,enterprises to obtain external competitive advantage and effective allocation of social resources is the key factor and its stability can enable enterprises to rapid economic growth and achieve strategic objectives.In this paper,the author according to the relevant laws and regulations,combined with human resources management experience,Kewei plastic(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd.the labor relationship management as the research object,through questionnaire survey method,interview method,and case analysis and other analysis company labor relationship management current situation and existing problems,discussed how to manage by law,and how to take effective measures to enhance the management level of management personnel,easing labor conflicts,improve staff welfare,to build a harmonious labor relations,in the business process,optimize the allocation of human resources,reduce labor costs,improve operational efficiency,in order to achieve enterprise and employee symbiotic win-win purpose.Based on the above purpose,for Kuwait(Shenzhen)plastic limited company construction of labor relation management system.
