| Since the beginning of the new century,with the rapid economic development,China’s manufacturing industry has also been upgraded and transformed into a manufacturing power.The CNC machine tools are the core equipment of the manufacturing industry.The performance and quantity of a country’s CNC machine tools also reflect its manufacturing level.In order to use resources reasonably and reduce the burden on enterprises,it is an effective method to numerically transform old and backward machine tools.The research object of thesis is a C2-6160 ordinary lathe that has been used for many years.In order to meet the requirements of teaching,processing and training,the machine tool needs to be numerically transformed.By comparing the commonly used control methods of CNC machine tools,the retrofit solution uses semi-closed loop control with higher accuracy and wider application.By comparing the performance and price of CNC systems at home and abroad,it is determined to use the Huazhong CNC system HNC-21 TD and the system was introduced in detail.According to the positioning accuracy and machining accuracy requirements of the machine tool,the spindle was controlled by Siemens inverter G110,which can achieve direction control,infinitely variable speeds and thread processing.In-depth study of the characteristics,a detailed feed axis control scheme was formulated;in order to better achieve the various auxiliary functions of the machine tool,the PMC address of the CNC system was allocated.Combined with engineering practical experience,the detailed parameter setting of CNC system,inverter and servo driver,inspection of mechanical accuracy,compensation of machine tool mechanical errors,and parameters backup of CNC system are explained in detail.After inspection,the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool after NC transformation have reached the expected goals.By trial cutting the workpiece,the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the parts meets the processing requirements,and the performance and technical indicators of the machine tool basically fits the design requirements.The transformed C2-6160 lathe has stable and reliable performance,and has been invested in teaching,processing,training and other links,which has significant economic benefits. |
