Reactive powder concrete(RPC)has expensive raw materials and high preparation cost,which seriously affects its wide application.Seeking cheap raw materials for preparing RPC is one of the keys to solving the cost problem of RPC.With the development of the glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)product market,the production of GFRP products has resulted in the discharge of large amounts of GFRP waste.Difficulties in the treatment of GFRP waste,and the underdeveloped recycling technology restrict the development of the GFRP composite industry.GFRP has the advantages of high strength,good durability and low elastic modulus.It is often used as a mold and corrosion-resistant equipment and accessories.There are few reports of its application in concrete.Based on this,this paper obtained GFRP recycled fiber and GFRP powder by cutting,crushing and sieving GFRP waste.At the same time,the orthogonal test method was used to study the influence of RPC's water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio,silica fume content and fly ash content on the performance and mechanical properties of RPC.Compared with steel fiber and alkali-resistant glass fiber,the effect of the incorporation of GFRP reclaimed material on the workability,mechanical properties and durability of RPC was studied.The research results show that: GFRP recycled powder replaces quartz sand in the range of 6-8%volume replacement,fiber-free RPC workability is reduced by 2.5%-3.8%,and compressive strength can be increased by 15%;when the volume of recycled powder is the performance of RPC prepared at 6% is better,its fluidity can reach 232 mm,and the compressive strength is up to125.1MPa.In terms of durability,GFRP recycled fiber and recycled powder have little effect on the RPC's frost resistance and carbonation resistance.Although the improvement effect of RPC dry shrinkage performance is not as good as that of steel fiber and alkali-resistant glass fiber(about 50%),GFRP Both recycled fiber and recycled powder can improve the drying shrinkage performance of RPC,GFRP recycled powder has better improvement effect than recycled fiber.In summary,the GFRP recycled powder and fiberglass recycled fiber obtained by pretreatment of GFRP waste can be used as raw materials for the preparation of RPC,which solves the problem of difficult comprehensive utilization of GFRP,and provides technical support for low-cost preparation of high-performance RPC,and it provides a new direction for the resourceful application of GFRP.
