As a production mode of intensive and industrialized development of petrochemical industry,Chemical Park has the advantages of continuous production and high resource utilization.However,the park gathered a large of chemical plants,which is prone to chain accidents,and the production of raw materials,products are mostly hazardous substances.The risks are highly concentrated and pose a huge threat to the surrounding vulnerability targets.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and effective method for determining the internal and external safety distance of chemical parks,to control the risks of the park and ensure the life and property safety of the people in the surrounding areas is an urgent problem for the builders,managers and government departments of the park.This paper takes "Chemical Park" as the research object,and carries out the research on the safe distance of the park.Safety distance of chemical industry park includes safety distance between chemical plants and safety distance between chemical industry park and external protection target.Firstly,the chemical plant in the park is divided into several units,and the equipment with high and medium risk levels is selected by the risk assessment method to be included in the research scope.Analyze the types of accidents that may occur,select the accident consequence model,and use MATLAB software to simulate and calculate the accident consequences under different accident scenarios of each device.Combined with the threshold model,it is judged whether the initial accident scene will cause the peripheral device to fail and calculate the domino radius and expansion probability.Secondly,on the basis of the traditional event tree analysis method,trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to deal with the probabilistic uncertain branch events,so that the probability of accidents in different scenarios of chemical plants can be obtained.In order to make the personal risk value closer to the actual situation of the park,from the perspective of preventive safety measures and accident mitigation safety measures,the risk offset coefficient is introduced to modify the personal risk theory model.Based on the above research,aiming at the multi-risk situation of chemical parks,combined with field theory,a risk integration model of chemical equipment based on regional risk field is established.Using the software of MATLAB to realize the programmatic calculation of the model.It is proposed to use the domino radius of the chemical device as the safety distance between the devices,and consider the fire separation distance in the fire scene.According to the regional risk distribution,the risk value at the vulnerability target is obtained,and compared with the established personal risk acceptance standard of the chemical device,it is judged whether the external safety protection distance is reasonable.A more systematic and reasonable method for determining the safety distance of chemical parks was constructed.Finally,a chemical industry park in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province is selected,and the research content is applied to determine the safety distance of the chemical industry park.The safe distance between the chemical plants in the park and the external safety protection distance between the plant and the surrounding vulnerability target are calculated.According to the analysis results,suggestions for optimizing layout measures are proposed to provide guidance for the expansion and reconstruction of the park.
