A novel CaO?O?has been synthesized via an exotemplating path way using radish/quantitative filter paper/corn beard as template and calcium acetate as CaO precursor.The CaO obtained by calcination of the impregnated biomorphic template has been demonstrated as an effective solid base for the coupling transesterification of vegetable oil to produce biodiesel at mild reaction condition using tri-components?methanol,oil and methyl acetate?as resource.Various techniques including N2 physical adsorption,XRD,FT-IR,TG,CO2-chemical adsorption and morphology have been employed to characterize the samples.The present work demonstrates that a well pore propertised CaO can be synthesized via simple impregnation of calcium acetate on white radish template and subsequent calcination in air.The prepared CaO?O?materials have high catalytic activity in transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol and methyl acetate to produce FAME.An excellent yield of biodiesel,98.6%,can be obtained with a molar rapeseed oil/methyl acetate/methanol ratio of1:1:8 under 65 oC at 2 h.Compare with commercial CaO,the yield of FAME was increased by52.61%under the same reaction condition.Catalyst BET and CO2-TPD characterization showed the activity of solid basic catalyst was deeply related to hierarchical porous CaO?O?and basic sites.A high-surface area and hierarchical porous CaO?O?catalyst was formed using quantitative filter paper as template and calcium acetate as CaO precursor.The CaO?O?was calcined at 700°C for 6 h.The experimental results showed that the yield of biodiesel can reached 98.57%at the following reaction conditions:fifilter paper impregnated with 1.5M solution containing calcium acetate,reaction temperature of 65°C,oil/methyl acetate/methanol molar ratio of 1:1:8,the amount of catalyst of 10%,reaction time of 2 hours.The characterization results of BET revealed that the pore-size distribution and high suface area are related to the calcium acetate.A novel biomorphic CaO were prepared by using corn beard as the template and Ca?Ac?2as the precursor via a“green”route.The CaO?O?catalyst was used to catalyst the tri-component transesterification reaction to prapare biomass oil.The excellent yield of FAME can up to 95.94%.The optimal synthesis and reation condition as following:corn beard impregnated with 1M solution containing calcium acetate,calcination temperature of 600?,reaction temperature of 65°C,oil/methyl acetate/methanol molar ratio of 1:1:8,the amount of catalyst of 10%,reaction time of 2.5 hours.According to the characterication resuilt,we know that the effects of calcium salt particle concentration and calcination temperature important impact on basic sites of the corn-beard-like CaO.The composition of blended fuel were 0#diesel and different type of biodiesel which synthetized by Tri-components.Biodiesel was added into 0#diesel by various volume fraction.The phisical and chemical paramaters of blended fuels investigated by GB test method.The result show that:Firstly,the low temperature of blended fuels was accordance with 0#diesel.Secondly,Flash piont of blend fuel was promoted when injecting the purified biodiesl into blended fuel.Thirdly,Biodiesel and 0#diesel have a good cosolvency wihich soluted in any proportion.
