Underground drainage aid is a kind of work can improve the formation of residual fluid flowback efficiency surfactant.Because of its effect is remarkable,has been widely used in major oil fields.But there are many different kinds and production process are different,too.Various parameters in the process of production control will directly affect the drainage aid product yield and quality.Therefore,to design a good stability,high reliability and control precision of automatic control system,it is very important for drainage aid production line.This paper to design drainage aid production line automatic control system as the goal,after analysis of the original production line,aimed at the existing problems,and combined with the manufacturers requirements and site condition,was proposed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and PROFIBUS-DP and PROFINET combination of automatic control system design scheme,and has carried on the system hardware design and software design.Hardware part adopts the IPC+PLC+from the stand,in the form of hardware devices and the site selection;Software part use Win CC V7.4 PC program design,using STEP7 V5.6 the preparation of the PLC program,and use the Win CC Flexible 2008 completed the touchscreen interface drawing.In drainage aid process,in order to realize the accurate control of temperature of the reaction kettle,in this paper,combining with the characteristics of production process and the reaction kettle structure,based on the BP neural network PID control algorithm,realize the temperature control,and through the MATLAB simulation software to verify the superiority and reliability of the BP neural network PID algorithm.Practical operation show that the design of drainage aid production line automatic control system has high stability,effectively improve the yield and quality of drainage aid products,reduces the cost,improve the economic benefit,but also to verify the feasibility of design scheme.
