In the process of coal mining, underground drainage system has a significant impacton mine production safety. Today, the underground usually use traditional manualcontrol, however, this has brought a lot of uncertainty to the underground. With theattention of the national on mine safety, the underground drainage automation controlshould also get more attention.Firstly, in the process of building the underground drainage automatic controlsystem it selects drainage equipments,pointing out the problem in the device selectionand a method is proposed for pump flow through the motor current without increasingthe pipe line resistance in the case it will be able to judge the the pump workingconditions, improve reliability and stability. Secondly, on water level control, inaddition to take into account the peak averting on valley as the drainage principle, whenwater level is low, fuzzy control strategy is used to control water level slightly, andunderwater fuzzy controller simulation to prove its feasibility.Finally, it proposes a drainage control system based on ARM, both the hardwaresystem and the software of the automatic drainage system is designed. |
