There are many techniques for radioactive organic waste liquid treatment,and this paper focuses on the application of pyrolysis incineration technology in the field of radioactive organic waste liquid treatment.This paper introduces the production line of radioactive organic waste liquid on the scale of the Belgian project,and on this basis,the production process of radioactive organic waste liquid treatment in china expands its scale and capacity is studied,and the process analysis and theoretical calculation of the treatment system are carried out from the aspects of principle,equipment construction and material conservation,and the safety performance of the system is studied.And put forward the emergency response in the case of emergency。On the basis of a full analysis of the safety of each process system,the production and test run test of the process system was carried out,and after the successful commissioning of 97 single systems,water tests were carried out on 7 sets of linkage systems,and then 17 systems were tested for analog material,through the simulation fluid,Can simulate thetreatment of real liquid in the system,to a certain extent,can real lying the subsequent real liquid processing,recorded the relevant test data.At the end of the test,combined with the production operation test and the analysis of the test data,the safety performance threshold and stable operating parameters of important systems such as organic waste liquid/water separation system,pyrolysis incineration system,combustion exhaust gas purification system,exhaust emission system,cooling water system,ash unloading and transshipment system were initially mastered.At the same time,it found various factors,such as the poor spray of the sudden cooler that affects and restricts the safe and stable operation of the process,the false signal of the diesel water tank,the damage of the high temperature gas filter and the stuck oar of the pyrolysis furnace.Through the theoretical research and theoretical calculation of the problems that have arisen,the experiment and verification have successfully solved all kinds of factors affecting the safety and stability of the radioactive organic waste hydrolysis pyrolysis treatment process system.The research content of this paper can provide the basic data reference for the operation of the process system for the treatment of radioactive organic waste liquid on the scale of domestic engineering,and can provide practical basis for the design of similar nuclear facilities in the nuclear industry.
