Since the discovery of oil resources,oil,dubbed "the blood of industry",has been used in all aspects of human production and life,and has become a chip in the game between great powers.In early 2020,Saudi Arabia launched an oil price war against Russia by increasing oil production,which had a profound impact on the world.In order to meet the demand for oil,oil exploration and production technology is constantly developing.China is rich in oil and gas resources,but it is difficult to extract most of the proven resources.As a result,China must attach equal importance to conventional and unconventional Wells in oil and gas exploitation,and constantly improve the production process and technical equipment,which requires strong innovative scientific and technological support.At present,coiled tubing and its supporting downhole tools have been continuously developed in the drilling process,but still face the problems of high friction resistance,low drilling efficiency,and uneconomical testing system.A variety of new technologies have been put forward at home and abroad to solve the problems of friction resistance and low drilling efficiency.Hydraulic oscillator is the most prominent product.At present,foreign products occupy the vast majority of the market,and domestic products with independent intellectual property rights have been gradually developed.This article main research on hydraulic oscillator,classified according to its working principle is introduced,based on the principle of existing hydraulic oscillator jsog,designed a new type fluidic hydraulic oscillator,using the fluidic element coanda effect(conada effect)cycle of the switch and the pistons with throttling mouth,in the axial direction to form hydraulic pulse jet nipple.When the injector works together with other drilling tool strings,it can effectively improve the bit pressure and reduce the friction between tool strings and borehole wall by changing the static friction into dynamic friction.Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation,insufficient data monitoring accuracy and inconvenient clamping of the test system for the hydraulic oscillator,the test platform for the jet stream hydraulic oscillator is put forward,and a test scheme for the hydraulic characteristics and erosion of the jet stream hydraulic oscillator is designed.In this paper,the mechanism design,hydraulic characteristics analysis,erosion analysis and test program are studied around the jet stream hydraulic oscillator.The specific contents are as follows:1)investigate the development direction of domestic and foreign hydraulicoscillators and test systems,and summarize and classify them to study their working mechanism and supporting theories.In this paper,the mechanism of jet wall adhesion and jet pulse is studied.For the test system,the fixture,water circulation system and data acquisition system are studied.2)the distribution of the internal flow field of the jet stream hydraulic oscillator was studied to verify the feasibility of its work,and the cloud map of the dynamic distribution of the flow field in the jet stream element was obtained.The results show that the new jet stream hydraulic oscillator works stably in the working environment of 16L/s with the pulse frequency of 9hz-16 hz and the preparation time is short.Compared with the traditional hydraulic oscillator,the voltage drop of the new large-aperture jet type hydraulic oscillator is lower,at 1.31 mpa-1.41 MPa,which indicates that the new type hydraulic oscillator has good hydraulic model,obtained the change curve of the piston external force,the piston downward dynamics is stronger than the upward dynamics,the duration is also in the dominant position.The Motion law of piston is analyzed by Motion,and the velocity time and displacement time curves of piston are obtained.5)choose oqa correlation criterion established by euler liquid and Lagrangian particle erosion model,analysis of solid particle erosion of hydraulic oscillator,eventually found in the split point,on the wall surface,piston cavity wall erosion rate is bigger,and calculate the jsog hydraulic oscillator overall erosion rate put forward solution to prevent erosion wear.6)a downhole tool test platform with clamping device,water circulation system and test device is designed,and a test scheme is proposed for the analysis of hydraulic characteristics and erosion analysis of jet stream hydraulic oscillator.
