Horizontal gas wells are prone to effusion.Once the horizontal gas wells are effluent,water locks and air locks are easily generated in horizontal wells,which hinders the production of natural gas.The problem of gas wells has always been an important factor affecting gas well production.In the horizontal well production process,due to the complexity of the well structure,the application of the bubble volleyball process is relatively more applied,while the effect is poor.Through literature research and on-site exchanges,it was found that the falling position,dissolution rate and horizontal serpentine structure of the bubble volley have a great influence on the bubble discharge effect.In this paper,the liquid gas well-carrying prediction model established by the oscillating impact theory is used to carry out liquid-carrying prediction and bottomhole effusion analysis for selected horizontal gas wells,so as to judge the production status of gas wells and predict the timing and filling amount of gas wells.Through the research on the influencing factors of the falling process of the spherical bubble in the wellbore,the falling process of the spherical bubble discharging agent is tracked,and the falling position of the spherical bubble discharging agent of the selected gas well is judged;thereby establishing the process plan of the selected horizontal gas well spherical bubble discharging agent.At the same time,the force analysis of the bubble volleyball in the wellbore is carried out.Based on the theoretical basis of computational fluid dynamics,the RANS simulation of the turbulent flow around the ball is carried out.The pressure and velocity are corrected by the Phase Coupled SIMPLE algorithm.The simulated gas volleyball is 30mm in diameter and the maximum gas production is 1.95×104m3/d.On-site tests of bubble bar and bubble volleyball were carried out in Menxi 005-H1,Tiandong 017-H6 and Yunhe 004-H2.Menxi 005-H1 has added a certain effect to the volleyball volleyball.The pressure difference of the oil sleeve is obviously reduced,the gas production is obviously improved,the water production is increased,and the intermittent production cycle of the gas well is prolonged.It is verified by field experiments that the pressure difference of the oil jacket is obviously reduced after the implementation of the process,the gas production is obviously improved,the water production is increased,and the intermittent production cycle of the gas well is prolonged.
