In this dissertation,Aspen Plus process simulation software is used to simulate the steady state of high and low pressure de-propanation systems for olefin separation devices.The establishment process of the steady state simulation is elaborated.The equipment performance and process parameters are derived from the design data.The simulation results and the device production data are compared and verified to ensure the correctness of the simulation results.Through the use of process options and model analysis tools,a sensitivity analysis was performed on the steady-state simulation process,and the design calculation range of the variables was obtained to provide basis for the convergence and optimization of the component changes,and finally calculated.The T501 and T502 two towers under different operating conditions of the various operating conditions.Through the analysis of the rules of various operating conditions and composition changes,the corresponding operating principles and adjustment ideas are obtained.When the composition becomes lighter,the cooling temperature at the top of the tower should be lowered in time,the reflux between the towers of T502 to T501 should be slightly increased,the gas phase of the high pressure tower should be increased,the flow rate and recovery rate of the high pressure tower T501 can be reduced,and the reflux ratio of the low pressure tower T502 can be reduced.Operational adjustment and optimization according to the simulated operating conditions can effectively reduce production fluctuations and adjustment time This paper compared and analyzed the design margin under the condition of full load of each component and determined the load bottleneck of the existing equipment of the depropanizer system.Through simulation calculations,it is assumed and verified that the flow of the condensed products from the top of the low-pressure depropanizer T502 directly to the propylene distillation tower is modified.The steady-state simulation and analysis of the different draw-out ratios of the commonly used case2 are carried out for subsequent reconstruction.The research and argumentation provided the basis.
