China is a big country of beer production and consumption.The output of beer products ranks the forefront of the world,and it is still developing at a visible rate,showing the upgrading trend of consumption structure.However,compared with the advanced level of beer industry,the technical equipment and management level of beer production still have a big gap.In the process of beer production,a series of resources and energy like water and electricity are eonsumed,and by-products like CO2 are emitted.The consumption of resources and energy and the emissions of by-products will not only affect the profits of beer products,but also have a certain impact on the environment.Beer fermentation technology is an important process of beer production,which determines the quality of beer.As the carrier of fermentation technology,beer fermenter is the main source of carbon emission of beer products.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for beer industry to calculate the carbon emission of beer fermentation equipment and give a reasonable carbon emission standard.Firstly,the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry is studied,and its influence,inductivity and comprehensive correlation degree are analyzed in this paper.Then the system dynamics model is established to simulate its development and predict it.Finally,a SA-SD method for improving system dynamics by simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.The related parameters of machinery equipment manufacturing system are set,the parameters are optimized and the target trend is predicted.The blindness of selecting demand rate and scale output rate based on subjective experience is better reduced.Take the beer fermentation equipment with an annual output of 200,000 tons and a life cycle of 25 years as an example.Completing the selection of fermentation equipment.Through the carbon emission analysis of fermentation tank,the influence degree,carbon emission source and carbon emission factor of carbon emission index of beer fermentation equipment were determined,which lay a foundation for the formulation of carbon emission standard of beer fermentation equipment.The life cycle analysis method was used to establish the carbon emission measurement model for the whole life cycle of beer fermentation equipment.The prediction model was trained based on the Spread value and MSE value of the evaluation index,and the effects of different data distribution patterns under the uniform distribution,normal distribution and poisson distribution on the carbon emission prediction results were analyzed,the uniform distributed data is the best in carbon emission measurement.Finally,on the basis of uniform distribution data,with the nominal diameter and wall thickness changing at the same time,t=0,c=1 was selected as the parameter,and SVR algorithm was used to obtain the earbon emission range of beer fermentation equipment under different samples.Three green management strategies,namely,the green design of modular-based beer fermentation tank,intelligent beer fermentation tank manufacturing system based on Internet Plus and carbon dioxide recovery system based on recycling,are proposed for beer fermentation tanks.
