Research On The Optimal Design Of Enterprise Safety Production Education And Training Program

Work safety education and training is a very important task in enterprise safety production management.Through training,you can improve the safety awareness and safety skills of practitioners,reduce unsafe behaviour during the operation,and prevent accidents from happening at all.However,the problems of safety production education and training deviating from reality and insufficient pertinence still exist,and the safety production education and training of most enterprises have not achieved the expected results.How to improve the pertinence of safety production education and training is an urgent task before enterprises.To this end,from the perspective of information asymmetry,through theoretical analysis,on-site investigations and practical tests,this paper starts from how to scientifically assess the status of enterprise safety production education and training,efficiently conduct enterprise safety production education and training needs analysis,and optimize the enterprise rationally.Carry out research on several aspects of the safety production education and training program,the main contents and results are as follows:(1)From a theoretical point of view,to solve the problems of the concept and understanding of safety education and safety training of most enterprise employees,the literature survey and on-site research are used to analyze the theoretical concepts of safety education and safety training needs,2)To better enable enterprises to understand the current status of their safety production education and training,first of all,based on a field survey of more than 150 enterprises in a certain economic development zone in Sichuan Province to prevent hidden danger identification projects,combined with the literature data of the CNKI database,the reorganized organization,A three-dimensional index of work and personal safety production education and training in enterprises.Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey were tested using SPSS software,and W companies were selected for case review and verification.Finally,the study found that most enterprises have an inadequate analysis of safety production education and training needs in education and training,and safety management personnel And the problem of asymmetric information about employee training needs.(3)In order to clarify the needs of education and training and solve the asymmetry of information,on the premise of analyzing the Goldstein demand analysis model and the competent feature demand analysis model,follow the principle of complementary advantages,combining the "three levels of the organization,task and personnel" and "competitive features" "concept,established a new enterprise safety production education and training demand analysis model.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,according to the new safety production education and training needs analysis process and technical details,an example verification analysis was carried out with W company as an example,and the three levels of W company(decision layer,management layer and operation layer),The training needs of the four links(object,content,method,time-frequency).(4)The training matrix has the characteristics of comprehensive consideration of multiple factors and intuitive expression of the internal relationship of each factor,combined with demand analysis,to optimize the training program from the perspective of three levels and four links,and then apply the optimization process to the W company,and obtain The company’s security training matrix at the decision-making level,management level and operation level.This optimization scheme can provide a variety of scientific selection strategies for the safety production education and training at the decision-making level,management level and operation level of the enterprise,and is a useful reference for reducing the information asymmetry and less targeted phenomenon in education and training.
