Talent is an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength of an enterprise.With the rapid development of economic globalization and the continuous updating of advanced science and technology,high-quality talents are particularly important in the competition of enterprises.Modern enterprise human resource management is composed of six modules: human resource planning,recruitment and allocation,training and development,performance management,compensation and welfare management and labor relationship management.Training is an important link in enterprise human resource management.To do a good job in talent training and build an enterprise talent highland is an effective way to implement the human resource development strategy.Through training,we can tap the potential of employees,improve their skills,integrate their own development with enterprise culture,and enhance the cohesion of enterprises.Therefore,the optimization of enterprise employee training system is the key to the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.In recent years,affected by the domestic and foreign environment,the traditional technology and management mode of coal mining enterprises can not fully meet the needs of the current development of coal mining enterprises.Adhering to the new development concept,accelerating the deep integration of information technology and coal industry,promoting the high-end,intelligent and green transformation and upgrading of coal industry,realizing the reform of raw coal mining and utilization mode,and improving the safety level of coal mines have become an urgent problem for coal enterprises.The changes brought about by enterprises need matched talents to be competent for the posts.Coal mining enterprises have a perfect and systematic employee training system,which is conducive to improving the skills of employees,tapping the potential of employees,and bringing continuous vitality and innovation to enterprises.Staff education and training is a leading,basic and strategic project to build a high-quality staff team,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of mines.This paper combines the relevant theories of enterprise staff training at home and abroad,takes the underground staff training system of W coal mine as the research object,discusses its shortcomings and problems in human resource management,and aims to optimize and improve the underground staff training system.Through the investigation of the underground employees of W coal mine,we know that although w coal mine has achieved certain results in training,there are still some shortcomings in the construction of the training system,such as the lack of in-depth analysis of training needs,the relatively single curriculum,the diversity of lecturers,the traditional training methods,and the formality of training evaluation.Under the influence of the "double carbon" goal,it is urgent to build a perfect employee training system,Only by optimizing the existing employee training system can it bring vitality and vigor to the enterprise and face the challenges brought by various domestic and international situations.First of all,the relevant research results at home and abroad were sorted out through literature research,and the basic information of W coal mine was collected comprehensively by interview.Secondly,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of W coal mine,the questionnaire method was used to conduct an in-depth investigation of W coal mine,and the problems in the underground staff training system of W coal mine were found and analyzed.Then,in view of the problems,optimize the design of the underground employee training system of W coal mine,build a training system that conforms to the development of W coal mine,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of employees,enable w coal mine to carry out employee training efficiently and scientifically,calmly cope with the technological changes brought by the environment,and further improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
