| This paper aims to find ways to improve fermentation yield,green environmental protection and love-cost and efficient wastewater treatment technology from the existing process of producing saponin from turmeric.The experiment is divided into two parts:First,the electrochemical process is used to detoxify the fermentation process of the saponin solution,thereby improving the fermentation yield.The anode of the electrochemical experiment apparatus was a microporous titanium electrode having a porosity of 50%,and the cathode was a titanium mesh.The use of a circulating water vacuum pump to extract the solution from the anode,on the one hand,effectively reduces the pH of the solution;on the other hand,the pH of the solution can be effectively controlled by electrolysis,so that the microorganisms in the solution maintain a high activity and accelerate the fermentaticon rate.Second,the use of sponge iron micro-electrolysis technology-to treat saponin wastewater,reduce ammonia nitrogen and excessive COD in wastewater.The research results show that:1.By controlling the variable method,it is proved that the electrochemical method can reduce the pH of the saponin solution and accelerate the pH of the suitable fermentation of the saponin solution by electrochemical method.The optimized voltage and electrode spacing conditions are 5V DC,the titanium microporous electrode is the anode,the titanium mesh is the cathode,and the pole spacing beween the anode and cathode is 4.5 cm.2.By using the three adsorbents of activated carbon,anion exchange resin and mixed resin,experimental comparison data of electrolysis and natural fermentation,it can be concluded that the electrochemical method is the same as the conventional adsorbent method,and both have the effect of detoxifying the saponin solution.Effecct Moreover,the electrochemical method can effectively control the pH of the solution to remain within the range in which the microorganism has a strong activity.3.The method of combining electrolysis with adsorbent has a good effect on detoxification of saponin solution.4.The saponin wastewater with different pH values is treated by sponge iron microelectrolysis.The results show that the sponge iron micro-electrolysis method has a good effect on the COD removal of saponin wastewater.When the pH range is 3-4,the COD removal rate can reach 75.9%. |
