Research On Anti-fouling Technology In X Oil Area Of Changqing

At present,due to the high water cut period of crude oil mining in maj or oil fields,as the water content of the produced oil in the oil field rises,the scaling of the surface system is becoming more and more serious,and the scaling causes the oil well to be blocked,the production volume is reduced,and wasted Energy,when severe,causes sucker rods to break,shut down oil wells,and even scrap them.Hindered crude oil production and caused great economic losses.Therefore,a study was conducted on the scale,formation and scale prevention measures of the ground gathering and transportation system in the X oil area,and it was found that from the injection of water to the produced liquid,at room temperature(below 40?C),the formation of barium strontium sulfate scale and calcium carbonate scale Strong trend.Especially Jurassic produced fluid contains high concentration of SO42-and HCO3-,Triassic produced fluid contains high concentration of Ba2+,Sr2+,Ca2+,Mg2+,when the two meet,it is easier to produce more complex barium strontium calcium sulfate——Calcium carbonate compound scale.Through screening,three scale inhibitors were selected to be suitable for use in this area,namely AD43-3,TH-607B and ZG-108.This project is mainly carried out by experiment,and related experimental equipment is also used in the laboratory,such as atomic absorption,median particle size and other instruments,Later use:1.It is recommended to install a filtering device to filter out sediment and improve the gathering and transportation environment;2.Related process parameters also need to be further studied;3.In addition,use scale inhibitors for treatment;4.The underground microenvironment is also optimized and improved to prevent the formation of silica scale.It may be considered to inject CO2 to maintain the weak acidity of the produced fluid and eliminate the micro-environment of the formation of silica scale.
