| The situation in the world today is changing rapidly,and the situation is ever-changing.With the large-scale development of shale oil and the innovation of oil recovery technology,the United States has ranked first in the world in oil production and became the largest oil-producing country,while China is the largest in the world.In crude oil importing countries,the import volume of crude oil is as high as 70%.All kinds of reasons are combined,which leads to huge risks and challenges in China in terms of energy.Therefore,improving crude oil output and efficiency is a major direction to solve the problem.It has been more than 100 years since the construction of the first oil well in China,and many oil fields have entered the bottleneck period of production.Low output,high cost,and insufficient efficiency have increasingly appeared.With the increase in the number of heavy oil wells and deep wells,the application of belt pumping units has increased year by year.The belt-type pumping unit is strong and durable,has a long service life and stable operation,but it also has some common problems of the pumping unit,such as low pump efficiency,motor reversal during the down stroke,and waste of electrical energy.The amount of energy consumption is very large,especially the excess electrical energy generated during the downstroke.Most of the current processing solutions are to connect a braking resistor to the motor to convert the electrical energy into heat energy and release it,or to return excess electrical energy to the grid.If this part of energy can be stored and reused in a certain way,not only is it very beneficial to reduce the cost of oil production,but also can reduce the loss of components and circuits of the pumping unit.Supercapacitors are more efficient and high-quality energy storage devices developed in recent years.It is very consistent with the energy storage environment of the belt pumping unit.During the downstroke,the supercapacitor energy storage system can store the electrical energy converted by the gravity potential energy and release it during the upstroke,thus assisting the motor to work,To reduce the pressure on other aspects of the system.First of all,the movement of the belt pumping unit is calculated,and the balance and suspension load are known,and then the motor work is obtained.The amount of electrical energy that can be stored is obtained through the working output of the motor,the supercapacitor is selected and the energy storage structure and energy storage scheme are determined.The two-way Buck-Boost converter is selected as the bridge connecting the belt pumping unit and the energy storage module,and the working principle of the converter is studied,selected and the inductance L is calculated.The fuzzy control strategy is selected to control the converter,and the control strategy is built and simulated by Matlab. |
