| Steering drilling tools are necessary for special structure wells,and the quality of its working condition directly affects whether the drilling project can proceed normally.Monitoring the working conditions of the steering drilling tool in the well,not only can provide a basis for analysis the cause of the failure after the tool pulled up on the ground,so as to improve the design of the tool,but also provide technical accumulation for further measures to independently troubleshoot autonomously.Therefore,monitoring the working conditions of steering drilling tools is necessary.However,its failure analysis and autonomous diagnosis has been brought into great difficulties,because it has the characteristic caused by working undeground which can not be directly observable.Monitoring problems of steering drilling tools has being researched in this thesis.And the main study content and research results are as follows:1st.Combined with the actual engineering,starting from the analysis of the mechanical structure and control system structure of the steering drilling tool,characteristic parameters characterizing the working state of steering drilling tools are proposed;based on the kinetic analysis of the tool,general guidelines for determining the common failure status of steering drilling tools are established.These common failures include stable platform failure,turbine motor failure,bearing failure,disk valve failure,etc.These characteristic parameters and judgment guidelines are of universal significance for analyzing the normal working state of downhole tools and determining their failure states.2nd.Analyzed the monitoring requirements of the working status of steering drilling tools,the overall project of the monitoring system is proposed,and adopted the memory array method to effectively expand the storage space.And then studied the optimized storage strategy,the optimized storage method with variable sampling period is proposed,so that the working status data of the tool can be collected and recorded as long as possible in a limited space.3rd.Designed signal detection,signal processing,data acquisition,data storage,data reading and data communication circuits,and the related program was written.The system integration and some experiments are carried out about the monitoring system and the experiments suggest that the design was reasonable.These research results have engineering applications significant for the reliability research and analyzing the causes of downhole tools. |
