At present,voice broadcast communication system and video surveillance system are generally two independent systems which apply to coal mine,it is inconvenient for monitoring staffs to operation and reduces workers safety.Therefore,it is necessary to merge two systems to design a set of voice broadcast communication and video monitoring system which apply to coal mine.Relying on enterprise delegation project "Research and development of comprehensive voice communication system in fully mechanized mining face",This paper merges two systems of voice communication and video monitoring,adopts industrial Ethernet bus structure,and combines Socket,multi-thread technology,UDP communication protocol,customization hardware communication protocol and MyS QL database,implements real-time video monitoring,full-duplex voice call,broadcast communication,early warning,data monitoring and device control by controlling the underlying wireless monitoring equipments,wireless voice communication equipments and wireless cameras.The actual measurement shows that the system reliable,stable operation,less communication time delay,good real-time performance,clear and smooth video images and stable voice call quality without noise,which satisfied the actual needs of coal mines.The specific work completed is as follows:(1)Designed hardware communication protocol.Through the analysis of the TCP/IP protocol,the system's network communication architecture is layered,and detailed introduction to the protocols of each layer;Through the analysis of Ethernet data encapsulation process and protocol datagram format,designed encapsulation process of control protocol and common format of customization control message,realized remote control of equipment and data monitoring.(2)Designed software applications.Realized modular design of the application through system requirement analysis,the application is divided into three main functional modules and other auxiliary functional modules:video monitoring,voice communication and monitoring and control;Through the analysis of Socket,multi-thread technology,communication protocols and multiple design patterns,completed the design and development of each modules,realized the merges of voice,video and data.(3)Completed the design of database.Through the analysis and design of the conceptual model and logical structure of the database,completed creation of data tables,and realized data storage and management;Through the analysis of JDBC connection mode,completed the connection of the database,and realized real-time update of data.(4)Designed test case to test the function of the system and verify system availability;Used Wireshark to analyze packet capture results and verify system response time and communication reliability;Used ping commend to test the delay and packet loss rate and verify system stability,etc.
