Research On The Application Of Coiled Tubing Technology In Shale Gas Wells

With the large-scale development of Fuling shale gas field,as in North America,coiled tubing has become the main technology of shale gas field development,which is mainly used for transmission perforation,setting,sand flushing,fishing and other operations in the process of drilling and fracturing construction.In the early stage of the application of coiled tubing in Fuling shale gas field,there are many complex situations,such as tubing collapse,tubing deformation,sticking,coiled tubing self-locking,tool dropping,downhole tool broken,natural gas hydrate ice plugging,overpressure in casing,injection head failure,etc.It can be perceive from these problems that the application of coiled tubing technology in horizontal wells is still immature.This paper mainly aims at the optimization of coiled tubing matching equipment in the area,and carries out the material optimization of coiled tubing in shale gas well.This paper studies the running extension,plug fluid,plug tool and plug technology of coiled tubing,fishing tool and matching technology of horizontal well.The key technologies of drilling and fishing coiled tubing in shale gas horizontal well have been formed.Finally,the research of this project can reduce the construction risk of coiled tubing,improve the efficiency of tubing work,enhance the reliability,reduce the cost of shale gas exploration and development,and provide technical support for the implementation of Sinopec Fuling shale gas production capacity construction demonstration area...
