At present,the programs of open-pit mine production capacity usually have been made based on the experience of decision-makers from the view of the technical,economic and resource considerations.However,it was because of ignoring the impact of the change of production cost on the production capacity decision based on the difference of the ore body that the problem of waste investment,poor production efficiency and poor overall economic efficiency could appear.Therefore,the optimization model for production capacity of open-pit mines is established according to the difference of ore body characteristics,which is the basic work of open-pit mine production capacity decision-making.In this paper,the current research status and existing problems of the current mineral resource planning model was summarized systematically.Combined with the particularity of the production process and the production object of the open pit mine,the influence factor system of the production capacity of the open pit mine was established by using the system analysis method and the qualitative analysis method.Then,based on the analysis of the key factors of the production capacity of open pit mine and the principle of maximizing the value of mineral resources,the optimization model for production capacity of open-pit mines was built to research the method of constructing and optimizing the relationship between the main factors of mine production cost and the annual extraction of mine by the principal component analysis method and the regression analysis method.The model was established to discuss the method of determining the parameters of model,reflect the influence of ore body occurrence on the reasonable distribution of annual extraction and reduce the subjective randomness of the model parameters,meanwhile,it also provide the way to explore the rational distribution of specific mining resources.The optimization model for production capacity of open-pit mines which is established in this paper,was applied to the planning analysis of production capacity about Wulongquan Mine.Considering the influence of the changes in prices of mining products on the mining extraction,the changing rules of mineral resources exploitation within the scope from the lever 0 meter to the lever 43 meter was summarized to determine the parameters of the mine production capacity planning model:a=7923.145,b=-141.569,c=0.781.Finally,combined with the existing mine equipment configuration and usage condition about Wulongquan Mine,the production capacity plan is determined based on the principle of minimum investment in equipment.The production capacity of the first stage?from first year to 15thh year?is 240×104t/a and the production capacity of the second stage(from 16thh year to30thyear)is 350×104t/a.The validity of the optimization model for production capacity of open-pit mines was verified by the planning and decision-making work of the production capacity of Wulongquan Mine.
