The Influence And Countermeasures Of Supply Chain Finance Lease On Technology Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

At present,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are an important source and fundamental force to realize China’s manufacturing power strategy and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.As China’s economic development has entered into the new normal,the disappearing demographic dividend and rising labor costs have led to the lack of sustainable development of the entire manufacturing sector.The main driving force for the high quality development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is technological innovation.The technology innovation investment is much,the risk is high,faces many uncertain factors.On the other hand,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have small scale,little capital,poor financing ability,and insufficient innovation investment ability,so they are unable to bear the risk brought by innovation failure.Although governments at all levels have introduced a series of fiscal and financial measures to promote technological innovation in enterprises,they are not suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Based on a large number of theories and literature,this paper discusses the influence of supply chain financing lease on the technological innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the operation mode,process and characteristics of supply chain financing lease,and the constructs the framework of the influence of supply chain financing lease on the technological innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons of the actual cases of technology innovation of company D,this paper theoretically analyzes the process of the impact of supply chain finance lease on small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises according to this framework,and further elaborates on the technological innovation of the preset object company D as an example.Finally,according to company D as an example,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures.This paper argues that supply chain financing lease mainly influences company D’s technological innovation through financing,technology,market and relationship capital.The financing approach solves the problem of its innovation capital constraints;Technology and market provide function,standard,coupling ability and marketing channel guarantee for its technological innovation achievements;Relationship capital provides its knowledge resources and helps it to establish strategic partnership with customers,which improves its innovation efficiency helps it to carry out innovation sustainability.From the perspective of expected effects,supply chain financing lease has a positive impact on company D’s technological innovation activities.Finally,according to the actual situation of enterprises,this paper proposes some guarantee measures for supply chain financing lease to promote the technological innovation of company D,hoping to provide reference for other small and medium-sized manufacturing to carry out technological innovation activities.The results of this paper provide a new way of thinking in promoting the implementation of technological innovation activities in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The conclusion of this paper not only improves the financing theory system of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,but also provides a new direction for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities.
