Research On Supply Chain Financing Of Shangli Cracker Enterprise

For a long time,small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain pressure resistance ability is weak,easy to be affected by the rupture of the capital chain and bankruptcy.This paper focuses on the financing problem of the fireworks industry in Shangli County,Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province.As a traditional industry in this area,there are many small and medium-sized enterprises,and the fireworks industry is also facing a financial dilemma.Traditional financing is difficult to meet its financing needs,which limits the development of the entire fireworks industry,and supply chain financing opens a new financing channel for it.This paper adopts literature analysis method,case study method,field investigation and other methods to study the problems of supply chain financing in Shangli fireworks enterprises.Firstly,the introduction part discusses the research background,research content,domestic and foreign research situation and so on.Secondly,it discusses the relevant theories of supply chain,including the meaning,characteristics,components and advantages of supply chain,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the further research in the following.Thirdly,this paper introduces and analyzes the development status and problems of Shanghai chestnut cracker industry,supply chain status and financing needs,designs three financing modes of accounts receivable pledge,inventory pledge and prepaid payment pledge for the upper,middle and lower reaches of Shanghai chestnut cracker industry supply chain,and analyzes the advantages and risks of each financing mode.In the case writing part,taking G Fireworks Manufacturing Company as an example,according to its actual situation and the operation of the supply chain,we designed two financing schemes of inventory pledge and accounts receivable pledge for the enterprises in the supply chain,and analyzed the effect of implementing this financing scheme on the participants.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn and some relevant suggestions are put forward.This study confirms that supply chain financing business can help cash flow and other resources in the whole supply chain to be efficiently allocated,so as to achieve a win-win situation for core enterprises,upstream and downstream supporting enterprises and financial institutions such as banks.The research on supply chain financing of Shangli fire cracker industry can provide experience for other enterprises to develop supply chain financing business.
