Since the 21st century,the operation process of many enterprises in our country has involved the storage of some dangerous chemicals.Many chemicals must be strictly temperature controlled according to their characteristics.Otherwise,it may be deteriorated and smoked due to moisture,overheating and other human factors,which may have serious consequences.How to improve the temperature monitoring ability of hazardous chemicals warehouse is a problem that related enterprises must face in the development.The traditional temperature monitoring method of hazardous chemicals warehouse is to install the environmental temperature measuring instrument on the wall of the warehouse,the staff shall record the temperature regularly and sort out the temperature data.The accuracy of this method is relatively low,and the method is difficult to monitor the temperature in real time,and it cannot deal with the abnormal temperature in time,thus causing security risks.In view of this situation,this paper designs a real-time temperature monitoring system based on STM32F401RCT6 and MLX90640 which is a low relative cost and high-resolution infrared sensor.The working principle of MLX90640 infrared sensor and ESP8266 wireless transmission chip are introduced in detail.Modular design is adopted,including infrared temperature measurement module,wireless transmission module,display module,alarm module,signal processing module and upper computer software based on MFC.Firstly,the MLX90640 infrared sensor is installed in a proper position to collect the temperature signal of the target area.The collected temperature signal is amplified inside the infrared sensor and digital to analog conversion to obtain the hexadecimal temperature data.The temperature data is sent to STM32F401RCT6 signal processing module through I2C,and the maximum temperature and ambient temperature are displayed on the OLED screen.At the same time,the whole temperature data is transmitted to the upper computer in real time through the ESP8266 wireless transmission module,the upper computer software can clearly display the hot spots of regional temperature and the real-time change of temperature on the software interface,different temperature thresholds are set according to different chemicals,when the maximum temperature of the measured target area exceeds the threshold value,the buzzer will immediately give an alarm,so the staff can timely check and deal with,eliminate the safety hazard.Compared with the traditional temperature monitoring method,the real-time temperature monitoring system designed in this paper can not only improve the real-time performance of the temperature monitoring of the hazardous chemicals warehouse and detect temperature anomalies in time,but also reduce the waste of labor.To some extent,it solves the disadvantages of the traditional monitoring method of the hazardous chemicals warehouse,which has certain reference value.
