| At present,the contradiction between the safety management and safe use of hazardous chemicals in our country is becoming more and more prominent,mainly manifested in the large number and variety of use,while there are problems such as low management level and lack of comprehensive supervision methods.This article takes the storage of hazardous chemicals as the research object and designs a wireless monitoring system for hazardous chemical warehouses based on Lab VIEW.This research aims to build a comprehensive and efficient monitoring system to improve the management level during the storage of hazardous chemicals.,To achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing hazardous chemical accidents.The system introduced in this article mainly includes two parts: a wireless monitoring system for environmental parameters of hazardous chemicals warehouse and a management system for daily operations of personnel and drugs.The thesis first introduces the technical characteristics of sensor technology and Zig Bee wireless communication technology,and analyzes the feasibility of combining the two technologies to construct a wireless monitoring system,and finally builds a wireless monitoring system for environmental parameters.The monitoring system is divided into environmental parameter collection devices and gas parameter collection devices according to the types of parameters.The device is composed of acquisition and wireless communication modules.The paper introduces the selection requirements,structure,integrated circuit design and working principle of each module in detail,and finally realizes remote wireless monitoring through Zig Bee wireless communication technology.The operation management system software is written using the Lab VIEW software development platform.With the aid of two-dimensional code technology,a detailed plan is made on how to store and record hazardous chemical storage information.The paper also gave a detailed introduction to the functions and implementation processes of each part of the management system software.Among them,multiple functional modules such as user login,personnel management,drug information query,warehouse registration,document reporting,monitoring and alarming,etc.,jointly constitute the management system,which is modular The design strengthens the practicability of the information system.At the same time,technologies such as QR code scanning and fingerprint verification are applied to the hierarchical management of personnel,drug record registration and other links,which improves the security of the management system information and the automation and intelligence level of the management system.Finally,the monitoring and management functions of the system are tested respectively.The results show that the system is practical and reliable and has high practical significance in safe work. |
