Currently,the application of precast concrete structure is in its infancy in China and the problem of construction safety management needs to be solved in an effort to ensure continuous development.In this case,the establishment of safety evaluation system of precast concrete structure seems to be imperative.Only by establishing such a scientific and accurate system can we make an accurate judgment on the construction safety of precast concrete structure.As for the establishment and research of the construction safety evaluation of precast concrete structures,China is still in its preliminary stage.Therefore,it is quite reasonable to find the system and methodology of evaluation incomplete and unscientific.Accordingly,a set of scientific and accurate systems and methodologies of evaluation are supposed to be put forward after conducting an in-depth research.This paper first analyzes the research status of precast concrete structure,its safety evaluation and the development trend.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,it summarizes the hazard identification and related evaluation methods,analyzes the characteristics of precast concrete structure construction,and systematically sorts out the current development of precast concrete structure and safety evaluation 。Based on the characteristics of safety management in the construction process of precast concrete structure,this paper studies the selection basis and principles of the safety evaluation system as well as its initial evaluation index.With the basic scores point data from experts,and the actual situation of the construction site,the quantitative standard of indicators is determined as the basis of evaluation in accordance to the safety regulations and requirements of precast concrete structure construction in some provinces and regions,Moreover,Combined with hazard identification,the indicator factors were confirmed by expert questionnaire.Finally,from the angle of index differentiation,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to calculate the initial index of construction safety evaluation of prefabricated concrete structure and form the index system.As a result,using the above methods,the data are selected for initial index reduction and a precast concrete structure construction safety evaluation index system is formed when taking the structure construction project as a sample.Finally,this paper takes the precast concrete structure project as an example,evaluates it with the established precast concrete structure construction safety evaluationsystem,and determines the safety level of the project.According to the evaluation results of each level,the weak link of safety management could be sorted out for improvement.By doing so,it underpins the safety management level of precast concrete structure construction and ensures the safety of construction process.
