China,as a large country that produces and consumes minerals,cannot develop economically without mineral development,but at the same time,the ecological safety of mining areas is threatened.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again proposed that the reform of the ecological civilization system should be accelerated.The ecological safety and risk management of the mining area are related to the sustainable development of the ecological economy of the mining area.Carrying out the ecological risk assessment research of the mining area can provide decision support for the risk management of the mining area,prevent and reduce ecological risks at the source of the risk,and promote the ecological safety of the mining area.Based on this,this study uses the knowledge of ecology,economics,management and other disciplines,according to the regional ecological risk assessment theory,taking one of China's "manganese triangles"-Huayuan County,Hunan Province,Hunan Province as the research scope of The system carries out ecological risk assessment.The PSR model was used to establish factors such as per capita income,development and utilization level,waste water discharge,waste discharge and other factors in the mining area of Huayuan County to establish the ecological risk assessment index system of the mining area to analyze the risk sources.In order to quantify the uncertainty in risk,an unascertained measurement method for processing uncertain information is introduced to analyze the damage degree of the risk source to the receptor,and the weight of the ecological risk index of the mining area is determined by the entropy weight method to reduce the impact of human factors to a certain extent.Finally,the confidence level is used to determine the ecological risk level of the mining area to be evaluated.This study takes the Huayuan mine area in Xiangxi Prefecture as an example to carry out ecological risk identification level results,analyze the risk sources based on the results,and propose risk management countermeasures based on the risk sources,to provide a certain reference basis for improving the ecological safety of the mining area.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The research result of the ecological risk assessment grade of the mining area in Huayuan County is that the ecological risk grade is the fourth grade,which is in light warning.With the government's attention to the construction of ecological civilization,the comprehensive prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in the county has achieved certain results,which scientifically reflects the continuous improvement of the ecological security situation in the mining area.(2)Among the indicators that affect the ecological risk of the Huayuan County mining area,wastewater discharge,development and utilization level,tailings reservoir flood discharge and drainage facilities,vegetation coverage,air quality,geological structure,government policies,and technological improvements are the ecological risks that affect the mining area The first level of reasons is followed by factors such as waste discharge,environmental protection investment,wastewater discharge rate,per capita income,and vegetation restoration rate.Improper treatment of industrial wastewater and waste generated by electrolytic manganese companies is the source of ecological damage.(3)From the analysis of the source of risks,it is found that the ecological problems in the Huayuan County mining area are mainly reflected in the low level of development and utilization of electrolytic manganese enterprises,the disorderly stacking of tailings waste residues,the pollution of river channels by industrial wastewater,and the problems left over by history.(4)Based on ecological economy and ecological management methods in risk management countermeasures,suggestions are made at the source to improve the enterprise's discharge permit system,implement the risk accountability system,improve public opinion and public supervision mechanisms,and strengthen the ecological restoration of historical legacy pollution.In the end,the article is summarized,and the analysis that has not been done in the study is elaborated and prospected.On the basis of this study,ecological risk assessment can be further studied in the direction of spatial and temporal evolution.In addition,soil and water bodies can be introduced when selecting indicators Pollution and other natural science and technology indicators have been improved.
