As the largest production base of super heavy oil in China,the produced fluid of Liaohe Oilfield has the typical characteristics of "three high and one low".That is,high gravity,high viscosity,high asphalt and gum content and low wax content.It is not common in crude oil exploitation and surface gathering and transportation technology of other oilfields in China.It also causes the treatment of super heavy oil to be more difficult than that of ordinary crude oil.The optimization of science and technology is particularly important.Teyilian is the largest super heavy oil centralized treatment station in Liaohe Oilfield.At present,it is faced with the production problems of poor applicability of demulsifier,low efficiency of aging oil treatment,poor stability of demulsifier dosage and high energy consumption of heat exchange system,which affect the safe operation of production system.Through the physical analysis of super heavy oil,the simulation experiment of super heavy oil dewatering and sewage treatment was carried out indoors,and field application was carried out in the super heavy oil dewatering unit.It was found that when the dewatering environment temperature was 90? and the concentration of the first demulsifier was 170mg/L,the average water cut,oil content and suspended matter content of the first tank were 17.15%,2161mg/L and 9400mg/L respectively.When the temperature is 95? and the concentration of secondary demulsifier is 450mg/L,the average water content of oil from secondary tank is 1.32%,which meets the demand of crude oil transportation.When the temperature of sewage treatment is 89? and the concentration of water purifier is 200mg/L,the average oil content of effluent from sewage tank is 225mg/L,and the average suspended matter content is 252mg/L,which meets the requirement of sewage transportation.Through parameter adjustment and field verification,the validity of two-stage thermochemical sedimentation and dehydration process for treating extra-heavy oil is clarified.Meanwhile,the process modification of aging oil high-efficiency treatment process,dynamic automatic dosing system and SAGD high-temperature heat exchanger is carried out.The results show that the optimized process has important socio-economic value for improving process quality and reducing cost.
