The oil test project is an important part of obtaining oil exploration and development achievements,and its success or failure mainly depends on the quality of the oil test project design.At present,the oil test and production company has established various oil test information management systems,but the oil test project plan is a complex research report designed by the three departments of geology,engineering,and construction.The system is in actual use.The integration of program design information of each department into one system has resulted in the isolation of information and programs.At the same time,different departments and different designers have different knowledge and understanding of the design of the same program due to their different professional knowledge and technical level;Due to different actual needs,the file storage format and information representation method of the scheme are also different.Designers have differences when designing the same module in the three schemes.It is difficult to achieve collaboration and data sharing among the three departments,which reduces work efficiency.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a method for customizing the template of oil test engineering scheme based on knowledge,which expresses information as knowledge,can standardize template standards,unify design information,and then use workflow modeling to enable the oil test engineering scheme to be circulated To ensure collaborative design and knowledge sharing of the solution.To research and implement a networked collaborative system for oil test engineering design,the content of this project is as follows:1.The detailed classification of the design template of the oil testing project is completed,the logical structure design of the design template of the oil testing project is completed,and the basic template of the oil testing project is designed by using the knowledge idea,and then the oil testing is realized by Dtree technology The template of the project design is modularized and customized,and the customization and maintenance management of the template are realized.2.According to the audit flow business process of the oil test project design,describe the processing and authority allocation of each link of the program circulation.Using the Petri net modeling tool,the Petri net workflow model of the plan audit circulation is constructed to realize the program review,Department circulation,schedule management,data management,knowledge sharing and collaborative work.3.Combine all the contents of the above research,analyze the overall requirements of the system,complete the design of the system’s business processes,framework,database and specific functions,and develop a network for oil testing engineering design that integrates collaborative management and office automation.Collaborative system.This system is of great significance to the development of oil testing projects,and also provides a reference for the development of related systems in other fields.It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
