Layered water injection is a simple and effective way of secondary oilfield exploitation.It can maintain the pressure of the oil layer and improve the development effect of the oilfield.It is the basis for achieving stable and high production of crude oil.Real-time monitoring and adjustment of stratified water injection data can significantly improve the effect of water injection.Traditional stratified water injection uses manual methods to conduct on-site patrol,which is inefficient and cannot meet the needs of mining.Therefore,a set of remote monitoring and management system is designed,which can remotely monitor and manage the water injection work.At the same time,the water injection system can also be automatically adjusted according to the water injection needs,and realize intelligent management of layered water injection.The development of layered water injection technology is analyzed.In this paper,a layered water automatic injection system based on the Internet of Things is designed.The layered water injection automatic distribution system is divided into perception recognition layer,network construction layer and comprehensive application layer.The perception and identification layer mainly completes downhole data collection,the network component layer realizes the remote transmission of water injection data,and the integrated application layer is responsible for monitoring and management of the host computer.The ground control box is designed for the perception recognition layer,and the transmission protocol of the acquisition system is formulated.Aiming at the network building layer,RTU transmission equipment is designed to process the collected downhole data and send the data to the comprehensive application layer through the 4G wireless transmission module.Users can monitor the on-site water injection situation in real time at the monitoring center of the comprehensive application layer.In the actual water injection process,with the change of underground geological conditions,the daily injection volume of the injection well will not reach the standard.At this time,it is necessary to analyze the actual distribution of each interval and adjust it to meet the target daily injection volume requirement.Therefore,this paper designs a layered water injection automatic injection strategy.First,the entropy weight method is used to formulate the interval division strategy based on the collected injection information,so as to obtain the optimal order of water injection interval adjustment and reduce the interval between the intervals Interfere with each other to achieve the best adjustment effect.Secondly,the Gaussian weighted KNN algorithm is used to predict the valve opening of the interval,and the valve adjustment is performed according to the predicted opening,so that the actual flow value of the interval is closest to the target dispensing volume.If the dispensing requirements are still not met at the limit opening,the system performs a water injection warning and prompts the staff to check.After the automatic distribution adjustment is completed,the actual flow value of each section is within 30% of the allowable range of error,which meets the qualified rate of layered water injection and realizes the purpose of automatic adjustment of the water injection layer.
