| The applications boom of Industrial Internet of Things(IIOT) is in the ascendant. The application of online heat load detection technology is very important for high yield and longevity of blast furnace and is very significant to eliminate potential accidents of blast furnace. Furnace heat load is determined by the water flow and the difference in water temperature, of which difference in water temperature detection is crucial, its the stability and accuracy directly determines whether the heat load monitoring of blast furnace is accurate. This paper introduced the latest research achievements of IIOT into the blast furnace water temperature data monitoring system, which has a good theoretical and engineering application prospect for industrial data monitoring blast in harsh environment.According to the defects such as large consuming of cables, complex construction, difficult maintenance in the traditional blast furnace water temperature detection system, this paper has proposed and designed a high-precision blast furnace water temperature detection and wireless acquisition system based on Industrial Internet of Things. The system consists of temperature measurement node, acquisition terminal, coordinator and PC software system. After analysis on existing communication protocol of Internet of Things, this paper has proposed and designed a wireless communication protocol based on the identity table to transfer temperature data. The wireless communication protocol is simple, and it can form a stable and reliable wireless network.According to the reason that the accuracy of traditional temperature detection system can only reach to ±0.5℃, which can not satisfy the requirements of blast furnace water temperature technology,this paper use pt1000 as temperature sensor of wireless temperature measurement node. After analysis on defects of traditional platinum resistance temperature measurement circuit, this paper has proposed and designed the Ratio Bridge as the Pt1000 sampling circuit. After calibration, The accuracy of wireless temperature measurement node is up to ±0.02℃, and reach to high level in similar systems. Three national invention patent based on the Ratio Bridge circuit are applied.According the characteristics that the blast furnace temperature measurement node is dispersed in the harsh field environment and it is difficult to view data of node on the spot, this paper has designed a ARM11-based coordinator software system and Qt-based PC software system. The Coordinator collect all the node temperature through the RS485 bus, and is easy for user to view the real-time temperature, signal strength, battery level and other data of all nodes with its built-in touch screen on the spot, thus having a very good practical significance for replacing the traditional blast furnace temperature detection system.In this paper, the above research achievements are applied to the blast furnace cooling system in a steel mill. The measurement precision of the system, node power consumption, wireless communication distance are tested on line. Test results show that the maximum temperature measurement error of node in range does not exceed 0.02℃. The battery service life of node is about 7 years. The wireless communication error rate is less than 0.5% when the distance between terminal and node reach to 30 m. The combination of the Industrial Internet of things and the monitoring of thermal parameters in the harsh environment has a good application and reference value in the field of industrial measurement and control. |
