In the era of big data,how to break the long-standing phenomenon that business departments and financial departments operate separately and there are information barriers through system and mechanism innovation,promote the integration of business and finance,and thus enable enterprises to achieve rapid and healthy development is a new task that both theoretical and practical circles are committed to solve.This paper takes company G as the research object,analyzes the reasons that hinder the integration of industry and finance from two aspects of system and mechanism,and designs the compensation system and incentive mechanism in combination with the actual situation of company G and relevant theories of compensation incentive,so as to promote the integration of business and finance of company G.Through the analysis of the four dimensions of economic self-efficacy,economic autonomy,trust and support of company G,this paper finds that:company G has a single salary structure and lacks non-monetary salary,which can not improve the sense of achievement and self-confidence of employees;The effectiveness of incentive mechanism is insufficient to stimulate the autonomy of employees;Performance appraisal indicators are not sound,communication between departments is not smooth;The degree of mutual trust and support among departments is low,which fails to improve the efficiency of departmental collaboration.Based on this,this paper G company’s salary system and incentive mechanism to carry on the design,the increase in salary system through a non-monetary compensation,the increase in introducing bottom elimination mechanism,incentive mechanism to promote industry goods fusion performance appraisal index,build open cultural atmosphere and other measures to improve the staffs self-efficacy,autonomy,trust and support,to promote G company implement business financial integration.The research of this paper enriches the related content of business financial integration and provides research support for the construction of compensation system and incentive mechanism of business financial integration.
