| Today China’s accession to WTO after 15 years,the world economy has been rapid development.Innovative respective economies also will be greatly improved,in this background,talent has become a darling of many enterprises and companies to become the founder of the company’s future development,the backbone of sustainable development.And as a talent in fresh blood,young talent played more to be reckoned with,strong enthusiasm,tireless hard work,and is synonymous with young talents.In the future,through practice and experience grinding continues,the future will be even more indispensable resource,and increasingly sought-after asset.Therefore,how to retain talent,attract talent,not only for enterprises around the corner,but on the whole revival of the country’s economic growth is the most important topic for the nation.In addition,how to fully tap the potential of young employees,young employees mobilize awareness,training young employees work attitude,so that young employees have the spirit of ownership will be the focus of business problem to be solved by the use of reasonable talent,thereby for enterprises brilliant tomorrow to lay a solid foundation to become more sustainable development of the stream of power.As the country’s leading state-owned enterprises,the CQ Oilfield Mining Services Division for the new China contributed a steady stream of wealth and resources,in today’s highly developed economy and society,faced with declining traditional resource depletion or situation,consider how through the introduction of outstanding young employees will be various oilfield mining division to consider and ponder the question.As mining services division,we are also facing problems with different conditions of other industries and enterprises,such as employees’ work very basic level,away from their families,facing more difficult work environment,while wages of employees is not high status also makes the more an increasing number of young workers again began to consider his career,employee grievances have long played a bad mood led to the wind,so that more and more young employees have to feel that they can not be treated fairly,so that the working efficiency nosedive.To solve these problems,we find that the excitation state-owned enterprises reform is urgently needed by rational human resources management system and incentives,allows companies to re-enter the sound development of its contribution to more light and heat for the community..This article intends to take the young employees of the Service Division of CQ Oilfield Mining Area as the research object,based on the research of the existing motivation theory,and combine it with the literature research method and the questionnaire research method.There are problems with the incentive mechanism of young employees under the system,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,the incentive countermeasures and safeguard measures applicable to the characteristics of the service division of CQ Oilfield Mining Area are formulated. |
