Energy conservation and environmental protection have always been a major concern in the world.As a clean energy,natural gas has been widely used in the field of industry and people’s livelihood.At the end of 2019,a new national pipeline company was established in China,which marks that the construction of natural gas pipeline will enter a new stage after the west to east gas transmission project.Quick opening blind plate is widely used in the end of natural gas filter equipment.It is a device that can realize the quick opening and closing of the door cover to facilitate the replacement of its internal filter element.The quick opening blind plate mainly consists of the door cover,lock ring,high neck flange,sealing ring,safety interlock device,door opening hinge mechanism,etc.In recent years,with the increasing demand for natural gas,large-scale construction of transmission pipeline has been carried out.However,the demand for high-pressure,large-diameter quick opening blind plate is mainly imported international products,a small number of domestic manufacturers lack of independent design and manufacturing capacity,and some mainly rely on imitation.Therefore,it is necessary to design,manufacture and develop the quick opening blind in China.This paper is to solve the problems encountered in the development and application of a fast opening blind plate equipment manufacturing enterprise in China,and to carry out targeted design research and improvement,at the same time,simulation and optimization with the help of finite element software.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Compared with the similar products on the market,the quick opening blind plate produced by the manufacturer uses more materials and costs more under the same working condition,so there is still a lot of room for optimization.Refer to the relevant conventional design standards,carry out conventional design for more than 100 quick opening blinds under different working conditions provided by the manufacturer;refer to the relevant provisions of JB4732-2014,use the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench carries out the finite element verification for each type of product;focuses on the lightweight design of the door cover and flange,and designs a 30MPa,800mm high-pressure quick opening blind plate according to the optimized calculation and verification formula.2.In view of the serious extrusion problem of the existing quick opening blind plate seal ring,a new type of non framework saddle seal ring is proposed.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the seal structure in detail,and the relationship between the key dimensions of the seal ring and the stress-strain distribution of the seal ring and the local extrusion state at the assembly gap is obtained,thus the reasonable design parameters are determined.The anti extrusion effect of the saddle seal ring is compared with that of the saddle seal ring.The design has obtained national patent3.The groove of the lock ring has been subjected to the lock ring for a long time,which is the concentration of large stress and easy to produce cracks.The internal medium of the quick opening blind plate with high pressure and large diameter is inflammable and explosive natural gas,and the consequences of fracture failure are unimaginable.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the stress intensity factor of the circumferential crack assumed on the stress concentration part of the locking ring groove of the quick opening blind plate based on the fracture mechanics from the perspective of the safety and reliability of the structure.4.In order to promote the intelligent industrial production and reduce the artificial burden.This paper adopts visual Basic.NET Language developed a set of design,calculation,verification,mapping and other functions in one intelligent software platform.The software can be used to carry out routine design and finite element analysis and verification of quick opening blind plate in batch,which greatly improves the design efficiency.
