The manufacturing process of traditional custom shoes is cumbersome,low in efficiency,and high in manufacturing cost,resulting in high price of customized shoes,which cannot meet the requirements of ordinary consumers.As a tool for the manufacture of soles,shoe molds must be custom designed and manufactured before customizing comfortable shoes.Therefore,the custom research design and manufacture of shoe molds is the key to custom shoes.In this paper,the design and manufacturing of the custom-made shoe molds are carried out by reverse engineering technology.The comfort of the customized shoes is extended,and the soles of the customized shoe molds are combined with the personalized insoles to enhance the overall comfort of the shoes.The research work done in this paper can be summarized as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of long design cycle,high cost and cumbersome process of domestic custom shoe molds,this paper proposes a method of designing shoe molds based on reverse engineering,and designs the custom shoe molds to verify the practicability of the method.2.The manufacturing method of the traditional custom shoe mold isoptimized,and a technical method of high efficiency,short time and low cost gypsum aluminum mold is proposed.According to the actual needs of consumers,the design method of the shoe mold is customized according to the classification,and the three-dimensional design model is obtained,and the customized shoe mold is manufactured through the model.In this paper,the traditional gypsum flipping shoe mold method is improved and optimized in the experimental manufacturing process.It is verified that the customized shoe mold has different surface roughness than the traditional custom shoe mold.The advantages of short manufacturing cycle and low production cost.3.Personalized insole design and manufacturing research,analysis of the characteristics of plantar pressure distribution,combined with reverse engineering for the acquisition of plantar size data,and the design and manufacture of personalized insoles,through objective and subjective evaluation of its functional effects,the results show The personalized insole has the effect of improving the concentration of the sole pressure,protecting the health of the foot,and being stable and comfortable.
