Based on the characteristics of scattered distribution and harsh environment of petroleum accessory equipment,combined with the characteristics of sensors and wireless communication technology,a monitoring unit is designed and developed to reduce manual operation and realize wireless collection and transmission of monitoring information.Based on the demand background of the scheme design,this paper start with the aspects of core technology description to wireless communication technology,systematically expounds GPRS module,positioning technology,embedded operating system and data processing.It specifically uses the advantages of wireless communication module and the stable characteristics of embedded system to design and implement reliable communication between monitoring unit and background server.The paper designed hardware plan of the system,including MCU,data acquisition(including temperature and humidity sensor,smoke sensors,etc.),GPRS module,storage module and power supply module,etc.The functions of each module are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding selection is made to complete the overall hardware schematic design of the system.The paper designed software plan of the system,which included thread design: data acquisition thread,GPRS communication thread,state detection thread.At the same time,the frame packing,SD storage and backtracking design of data information are realized.This scheme is mainly used to realize the wireless information collection and transmission of petroleum accessory equipment,and at the same time ensure the accuracy of parameter information.It mainly includes automatic switching of positioning mode,the timing transmission and traceability of data information,and which is of great significance.The preliminary test proves the practicability,reliability and stability of the scheme and realizes the design goal.
