Rotary kiln is the core production equipment in cement,chemical industry,metallurgy and other industries,which has the mechanical characteristics of heavy load,cylinder length and multiple fulcrum.As an important supporting structure at the bottom of rotary kiln,the normal stress of supporting wheel is the key to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of rotary kiln.Due to the complex production environment and the weight of the rotary kiln is at least tonnage,the supporting roller is prone to force failure,and the supporting roller will fail for a long time to run,which may cause safety accidents and cause huge economic losses to the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect and analyze the stress on the supporting roller to ensure the long-term stable and efficient operation of the rotary kiln system.In this paper,a multi-point pressure detection system for supporting rollers at the bottom of rotary kiln is designed to detect the forces on multiple supporting rollers at the bottom of rotary kiln.According to the forces on the supporting rollers,the fault types of supporting rollers in rotary kiln are diagnosed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the design requirements of the multi-point pressure detection system for the bottom supporting wheel of the rotary kiln,and determines the overall structure of the detection system.Through the analysis of the supporting system structure of the rotary kiln,the forces on the supporting wheel of the rotary kiln are decomposed and the measuring points are defined.According to the design requirements,the pressure sensor type and its installation location are determined.(2)According to the overall design of the detection system,the hardware system based on RS-485 communication network is built.After amplifying and filtering the weak signal of the pressure sensor,stc15 single chip microcomputer is used to collect the pressure signal.Aiming at the problem of pressure signal detection of multiple supporting rollers,an isolated anti-interference interface circuit is designed in the hardware system,and a multi-point communication network based on RS-485 is established to transmit the pressure signal of each supporting roller to the host(3)On the basis of the hardware platform,the multi-point detection software is designed,a master multi-slave multi-point communication mode is adopted,a communication frame format based on the standard ModBUS RTU protocol is developed,multi-channel pressure signal detection is completed,and the multi-point pressure signal is displayed through the VGUS configuration screen.Based on the built system platform,the slave can accurately collect the pressure value and return it to the host,indicating that the multi-point pressure detection system designed in this paper has certain feasibility.Finally,the host computer system is designed based on Lab VIEW,which realizes a good human-computer interaction function,and can display and save multiple pressure data(4)The three main failure states of the rotary kiln are analyzed,including the horizontal deviation of the center line of the kiln body,the vertical deviation of the center line of the kiln body,and the influence of the thermal bending of the kiln body on the force of the supporting wheel.Using the KNN algorithm-based fault diagnosis method of the rotary kiln bottom supporting roller force,the force status of the multiple supporting rollers at the bottom of the rotary kiln is classified according to the supporting roller force,which provides a reference for analyzing the overall operating status of the rotary kiln.
