During the spinning process of the ring spinning frame,the yarn is broken due to a variety of reasons such as ambient temperature and humidity and yarn tension.At present,the scale of spinning enterprises ranges from tens of thousands to 100,000 spindles,and yarn breakage mainly depends on manual screening and identification,which takes time and effort.Because the broken yarn is difficult to observe and easy to miss inspection,if the broken yarn cannot be handled for a long time,the yarn is easy to wrap on the roller and cot,damaging the parts of the textile machinery,at the same time,the roving is fed continuously and sucked away by the flute tube,wasting raw materials.In view of the above problems,this design developed a set of fast break inspection and stop feeding control system for roving frame,which can stop feeding roving automatically after breaking the yarn,and tested the whole frame on two ring spinning frames of 1600 and 456 spindles.In this design,through the electromagnetic detection device installed on each spindle position of the ring spinning frame,the broken yarn detection controller detects the rotation state of the steel ring on each spindle position,and quickly and accurately obtains the information of the spindle speed and broken yarn state of each spindle position.The main controller of the system receives the spindle speed and information of thousands of spindles collected by the broken yarn detection controller through RS485 bus,and analyzes and counts the spindle position number that needs to perform the stop feeding action of roving.The main controller of the system then transmits the ingot position number which needs to perform roving stop feeding action to the roving stop feeding controller through RS485 bus,and then controls the action of the corresponding roving stop feeding device.At the same time,the master controller of the system sends the information of spindle speed and yarn breaking to the upper computer software through Ethernet to monitor the operation of the whole spinning frame.The main research work of this design:1.According to the actual needs of the spinning frame broken yarndetection and stop feeding control system developed a system plan;2.The electromagnetic principle of the sensor is analyzed,the hardware circuit and software design of the broken yarn detection controller are completed,and the acquisition of spindle speed and the judgment of broken yarn state are realized;3.This paper analyzes the working principle of the roving stop feeding device,completes the hardware circuit and software design of the roving stop feeding controller,and effectively realizes the action of the roving stop feeding device of the designated spindle number;4.The hardware circuit of the main controller of the system is designed and manufactured,and the corresponding software development is designed and completed.The spindle speed of the broken yarn detection controller,the acquisition of broken yarn information and the control of the roving stop feeding device are realized;5.The communication protocol between the controllers is designed and established;6.The human-computer interaction program of industrial screen is designed to realize the functions of input configuration of spinning frame parameters and system debugging;7.The software design of the host computer is completed,and the functions of recording and storing information such as broken yarn and spindle speed are realized;8.The field test and verification of yarn breaking detection and roving stop feeding control system of spinning frame are completed.
