Textile is an important industry of human, with the development of technology, it is in the face of more opportunities. Technology is at the core of the textile, but there are still problems in the winding shaping of roving frame and spinning frame, so it is important to improve the formation technology.Theoretical analysis and processing configuration on winding shaping of roving frame were analyzed. In order to properly configure roving winding shaping gear, the shortages of traditional calculating roving winding forming technology was analyzed, new calculating method was put forward, i.e. combined roving package and single roving oval cross section shape. Taking TJFA458 A roving frame as example, after actual test, production required can be reached. The result shows that the frequent adjustment using the roving winding forming technology by the new method can be reduced, the theoretical calculation processing and the actual production processing are closer.A simple method to quickly identifying spun yarn formation technology was discussed. Timing method was used for the theoretical derivation of bobbin yarn formation technology. Some parameters were simplified and necessarily integrated according to particle production status. Then the theoretical model of yarn winding formation technology was derived. Requirement of winding speed to yarn winding screw pitch was analyzed.. Practical example was used to explain calculation and application process. It is considered that method is simpler and easier to be run. Matched spinning frame winding forming technology can be quickly calculated and configured in condition of the winder speed change. It is helpful for the solving of winder bobbin unwinding knockover problem caused by improper yarn winding screw pitch. The production efficiency can also be improved.
