| With the improvement of the economic level and the acceleration of urbanization, the number of motor vehicle in China has increased rapidly, and the emissions of motor vehicle has become one of the main sources of air pollutants in various regions of China. Therefore, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has issued a series of policies on energy conservation and emission reduction. With the implementation of these policies, vehicle emission reduction has achieved initial results. In order to strengthen the control of motor vehicle pollution and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of emission reduction measures, research on regional motor vehicle emission characteristics has become the focus of relevant government departments and research institutions.Under this background, this paper takes the expressway network of Guangdong Province as the research object, and studies the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of motor vehicle emissions. The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,by summarizing and analyzing the current research of regional vehicle emissions,it can be found that most of them are carried out from the provincial or citywide scale.Considering that the characteristics and driving conditions of vehicles in the expressway network are quite different from those of ordinary roads and urban roads, this paper puts forward the research on vehicle emission characteristics in the expressway network.Traffic volume, speed, mileage and other data of all kinds of vehicles in the expressway network can be obtained through toll data, which is more reliable than the related research of ordinary roads and urban roads.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various emission models.Considering the simplicity of parameters and adaptability to domestic vehicles, the COPERT model was selected to study the highway network of Guangdong Province. In order to ensure the accuracy of the calculation results, the parameters required by the model were studied and calculated. On this basis, the COPERT model was used to calculate the emission factors of various types of vehicles in the highway network of Guangdong Province.Combined with the traffic volume and average mileage data, the discharge amount of pollutants was obtained and the emission inventory of the highway Network of Guangdong province was compiled.Thirdly, this paper studies the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of motor vehicle emissions in the expressway network of Guangdong Province. In the aspect of time distribution, the daily and hourly changes of highway traffic volume are obtained through toll data.On this basis, the temporal distribution characteristics of emissions were studied. In the aspect of spatial distribution,in order to improve the accuracy of spatial allocation, the existing methods were improved.Based on the actual road network, combined with passenger and freight traffic volume, the length of road network and the traffic volume, the spatial distribution weight factor is calculated, and using Arc GIS software to distribute the emissions of pollutants to the entire highway network. Finally, through scenario analysis, this paper studies the emission reduction effect of the main emission reduction measures adopted by Guangdong provincial government. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the study, various emission reduction scenarios such as the baseline scenario, the emission standard improvement scenario, cancellation of the "yellowlabel vehicles" scenario and the promotion of new energy vehicle were constructed, and the traffic volume of the target year was predicted by using even grey model.Evaluate the effectiveness of each measure by calculating the emissions of each scenario in the target year. The results show that raising emission standards is the most effective emission reduction measure for the Expressway Network of Guangdong Province. |
