| It is urgent to accelerate the pace of integrating new energy and automatic control with agriculture.Silk reeling industry is an important branch of agriculture,among which cocoon cooking is the most important process in the silk reeling process.Aiming at the problems of high production cost,inconvenient use of water and electricity,waste of energy,low production efficiency caused by inaccurate control,and too much artificial labor,this paper studied the cocoon boiling workshop based on photovoltaic photothermal building integration.Using integrated photovoltaic and thermal building technology,the workshop makes use of solar energy as the main energy source,and single chip microcomputer to control the parameters of the cocoon cooking system,with the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection,fast and convenient use of water and electricity,low labor cost,high production efficiency,high degree of automation.First,the modules of photovoltaic photothermal part are selected,and the variable step MPPT algorithm is combined with water cooling technology to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.The water circulation system is designed to generate part of the hot water while lowering the temperature of the photovoltaic panels,and finally transmit the photovoltaic data to the cloud platform for real-time monitoring through the NB-IoT system.The experiment shows that the photovoltaic photothermal integration system produces hot water to supply workshop,which makes the cooling effect obvious and the power generation efficiency significantly improved.In addition,the cocoon cooking workshop is designed and the system is arranged reasonably.The integrated control system adopts STM32F103ZET6(A single chip microcomputer),solid state relay,DS18B20(a temperature sensor),BMP085(an air pressure sensor),FMR130 microwave pulse radar liquid level sensor and designs the hardware circuit.In order to adapt to the particularity of cocoon cooking system,the fuzzy PID controller is designed as the control strategy.Experiments show that the control system has the advantages of small overshoot and short adjustment time,which makes the control precision improve obviously and can meet the requirements of the workshop.Finally,the system is simulated and tested to prove the feasibility of the research.The workshop has designed the photovoltaic photothermal building integration system and cocoon boiling comprehensive control system,which can meetthe requirementsof energy conservation,environmental protection,efficiency improvement and automation control,and has certain practical application value. |
