The construction industry is one of the pillar industries driving China's GDP growth.While promoting economic development,it also provides a large number of jobs and has made significant contributions to social development and people's production and life.In recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly in the social market.However,the rapid development of the industry has also led to frequent accidents,and human unsafe behavior is the cause of most accidents.Due to the large number of people involved in a construction project,their status and role in the project are different.Their levels of safety awareness and production safety are uneven,which is manifested in the occurrence of unsafe behaviors at the construction site,which has a negative impact on building safety.Caused varying degrees of impact.Therefore,subdividing different groups in construction projects and studying their unsafe behaviors separately will help improve the safety awareness of construction participants and the safety management level of construction enterprises.Based on the social roles of different participating groups,this paper analyzes the group definition and group characteristics,and divides the people involved in construction projects into three main groups: construction workers,construction unit project managers,and supervisors.From a cognitive perspective,it analyzes different The influencing factors of the safety awareness of the participating groups,it is concluded that safety education and training,protective equipment,worker behavior,emergency rescue plans and safety signs are the main factors affecting the safety awareness of construction workers.Safety inspection,corporate safety investment,progress goals,Safety education training and safety laws and regulations are the mainfactors affecting the safety awareness of project managers.Safety education training,corporate safety responsibility system and safety laws and regulations are the main factors affecting the safety awareness of supervisors.Based on the analysis of safety awareness factors Through the use of information processing models,the safety cognition mechanism of the three types of groups was formed.It was found that the main influencing factors and the working atmosphere were different,which resulted in differences in the safety cognition of the three types of groups.The evolutionary game model was used to analyze the different groups Game relationship,The three types of groups are more inclined to choose safe work behaviors under the condition that the benefits of safety behaviors are higher than the punishment for accidents;combining the characteristics of the groups to analyze the relationship between the people in the groups,it is concluded that there is affiliation,behavioral imitation and Cooperation relationship.There is a relationship of affiliation,competition,and cooperation between project managers,and there is mainly a relationship of affiliation among supervisors.Finally,the strategies and supporting suggestions for improving the safety awareness of different participating groups in building construction are put forward.
