Heat exchanger is an important equipment in the field of petrochemical industry.Due to the complexity of crude oil medium components,the fouling of pipeline is easy to form,so the off-line descaling method is often used in enterprises.At present,the on-line cleaning technology at home and abroad,limited by the cleaning principle,can not be applied to the on-line cleaning of the heat exchanger pipeline.In this context,the research group puts forward an on-line cleaning scheme.In order to achieve this scheme,the research group has completed the theoretical research of positioning robot and cleaner.On this basis,the research group wants to verify the working capacity of the online cleaning device and study its performance,and test the online cleaning device,but because the working environment is high viscosity crude oil,and the heat exchanger tube bundle is dense,the conventional test bench and test methods can not be applied,so this paper aims to design a multi tube online cleaning test bench in the crude oil environment.The performance of the test bench is studied by combining theory with simulation.The research content of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part,the functional design,system design and test scheme design of the multi tube online cleaning test bench;the second part,the internal flow field analysis and fluid structure coupling analysis of the end actuator cleaning docking device;the third part,the hydraulic analysis and thermal balance analysis of the test bench.The main research contents are as follows:Combined with the actual working condition and the working principle of the online cleaning device,design the multi tube online cleaning test bench.Firstly,analyze the function of the multi tube test-bed,and plan the system composition of the test-bed.Secondly,the fluid environment realization system,the test system and the end actuator of the online cleaning device are designed to determine the test content of the test bench and analyze the static performance of the online cleaning device.Finally,the multi tube test-bed model is established to check the interference of the test bench.And design the test scheme.In order to make the end actuator of on-line cleaning device have the best working performance,study the static characteristics of cleaning docking device structure.First of all,analyze the docking process and stress of the cleaning docking device,establish the mathematical model and fluid structure coupling model of the internal flow field of the cleaning docking device.Secondly,simulate the internal flow field of the cleaning docking device,and study the influence of structural parameters,guide support ring and cleaner on the internal flow field.Finally,adopt the fluid structure coupling method to carry out the static characteristics of the cleaning docking device,verify the feasibility of its structure.In order to ensure the best working effect of the hydraulic system in the test bench and the supercharging system inside the end actuator,analyze the performance of the hydraulic system.Firstly,analyze the pressure loss and temperature rise of the hydraulic system in the test bench through theoretical research.Secondly,the hydraulic and thermal hydraulic simulation of the hydraulic system of the test-bed is carried out to analyze the movement characteristics of the end actuator cleaner and the influence of online cleaning action on the liquid environment,and the thermal balance of the pressurization system.Study the overall hydraulic system of the test bench to determine the appropriate fluid parameters.
