This paper closely integrates with the country's major needs to develop highend equipment manufacturing.With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Fund for scientific research projects of overseas students in Shanxi Province,this paper systematically studies the dynamic modeling,model accuracy research,dynamic parameter research and dynamic design of high-speed motorized spindle housing unit.The theoretical results are used in the optimal design of the high-speed motorized spindle housing unit parameters.The following achievements have been achieved:(1)In terms of the dynamic modeling of the spindle housing unit,the vibration model of the motorized spindle housing unit is established based on the wave method,that is,based on the Flügge shell theory and wave method theory,the shell frequency solution equation is established.According to the actual structural characteristics and boundary conditions of the motorized spindle housing unit,the natural frequency of the housing is calculated.The study of the vibration characteristics of the motorized spindle housing unit is of great significance for improving the research level of motorized spindle dynamics.(2)In the establishment of frequency solving equations,the introduction of intermediate variables simplifies the derivation of frequency solving equations,reduces the number of variables,reduces the calculation intensity,and improves the efficiency of MATLAB programming.and facilitate the study of the influence of size parameters and material parameters on the accuracy of the wave method dynamic model of the motorized spindle housing.(3)In terms of model accuracy evaluation,the AEI accuracy evaluation index is established.The index reflects the deviation of the calculation frequency of the wave method dynamic model of the motorized spindle housing with the aid of the modal analysis results of the finite element software.(4)Through the AEI accuracy evaluation index,the influence of the length,width,radius,material,density,Young's modulus and other parameters on the accuracy of the wave method dynamic modeling is studied,and the parameter range of the housing unit meeting the requirements of the wave method modeling accuracy is given.(5)The natural frequency of the housing is calculated by the frequency solving equation,the distribution of the natural frequency of the housing under different size parameters and material parameters is obtained.In the given range of design variables,taking improving the natural frequency as the optimization objective,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of the size parameters,and the optimal design parameters are given.It is beneficial to optimize the structural size parameters of the motorized spindle housing unit and improve its dynamic characteristics.
