Precision hot press molding machine is a special equipment for the molding and research and development of sheet materials such as IMD industry(inlay decoration mosaic injection molding technology)and PVC,PET.The existing common hot press molding machine hydraulic system usually uses a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive a quantitative pump with PID control.However,due to the nonlinearity and time-varying parameters of the equipment hydraulic system,its product yield is low,its production cost is high,and its Energy is a big waste.With the higher requirements on the accuracy and stability of the molded products at the production site,and the hot pressing process directly affects the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the products,it is urgent to study the appropriate hydraulic system and control strategy of the hot pressing molding machine.problem.This paper carried out research on the design and control strategy of electromechanical-hydraulic servo system for precision hot-press forming.The main research contents are as follows:By analyzing the basic structure and working principle of the precision hot press forming machine,and selecting the key components of the electro-hydraulic servo system according to the working conditions and technical parameters of the precision hot press forming machine,the direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo system is designed Hydraulic schematic.According to the basic composition and operating principle of the forming servo control system,a block modeling method was used to establish the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor speed regulation and the hydraulic cylinder,respectively.The stability was analyzed.The MATLAB software is used to simulate the step,sine,and triangle wave signals of the electro-hydraulic servo system under PID control.Based on this,a controller using a fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed,and the simulation is compared with the PID control.Simulation results show that the precision control system of the precision hot press molding machine using fuzzy PID control algorithm controller has better control effect.Design the electric control system of the precision hot press forming machine;select the main components of the electric control system,and complete the preparation of the precision hot press forming control program through the FPWIN GR7 programming software supporting Panasonic PLC;use EasyBuilder pro The configuration software has designed the host computer control interface of the precision hot-press forming machine.
